Cancellation Policy The American Academy of Implant Dentistry - Western District reserves the right to cancel all or any part of this course should circumstances warrant such action. In the event the meeting is cancelled, the Western District will refund the full tuition and will not be responsible for any other damages. Requests for refunds must be made in writing and received by February 23, 2024 for a 100% refund; or between February 24 and March 1, 2024, for a 50% refund. No refunds will be made after March 1, 2024. All cancellations will be subject to a $50 administrative fee, regardless of when cancellation notice received.
